What this free tool can't do
This PDF can't chase money. Finora would remind your customer automatically as 2026-08-05 approaches — until it's paid.
Set up automatic remindersCustomers can pay online straight from a Finora invoice — card or transfer — and the receipt issues itself.
Let customers pay onlineWho owes you, at a glance: outstanding invoices, aging, and customer statements — instead of a folder of PDFs.

Built for how Nigeria invoices
Naira formatting, 7.5% VAT shown the way customers and auditors expect (added on top or extracted from VAT-inclusive prices), and a payment-details section for bank transfers — because that is how most Nigerian invoices actually get paid.
Private by design
The PDF is generated entirely in your browser. Your customer names, prices, and bank details never touch our servers — nothing is stored, nothing is shared.
When you outgrow downloads
When one-off PDFs turn into chasing payments, Finora Business sends invoices by email, takes online payments, reminds late payers automatically, and keeps your books and VAT returns ready for the tax office.
Frequently asked questions
Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes — completely free, with no account, no watermark on your invoice details, and no limit on how many invoices you create. Everything is generated in your browser; your data is never uploaded to our servers.
How do I add VAT to my invoice in Nigeria?
The standard VAT rate in Nigeria is 7.5%. Choose "Add VAT on top" if your prices exclude VAT (the invoice adds 7.5% to the subtotal), or "Prices include VAT" if your prices already contain it (the invoice shows the VAT portion separately, which customers and auditors expect). If you are not VAT-registered, choose "No VAT".
What must a valid invoice include in Nigeria?
A proper invoice should show your business name and contact details, the customer's name, a unique invoice number, the issue and due dates, a clear description of goods or services with quantities and prices, the VAT amount where applicable, and your payment details. This tool covers all of them.
Can I add my business logo and bank account details?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG logo and it appears on the invoice header, and anything you type in "Bank details" is printed in the payment section — most Nigerian businesses include their bank name, account name, and account number so customers can pay by transfer.
How do I track whether the invoice gets paid?
A downloaded PDF cannot track itself — that is where invoicing software helps. With a free Finora Business account, you can send this same invoice by email, let customers view and pay it online, get automatic payment reminders, and see who owes you at a glance.
